A Full-Time Administration Assistant

Required Immediately

Based in Barfrestone, Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG

This position is for someone who is experienced in Admin and who has a confident telephone manner, able to use Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel) Outlook, Internet, and CRM packages.

You would be doing administration tasks for the MD (i.e. getting customers on the phone, sending data out to customers etc)

You would also be doing a basic administration role where you would be required to deal with current customers and potential new customers, taking enquiries on the telephone and entering their details onto our CRM System, sending letters and literature/mailshots out when required, when not required by the MD.

Experience and attributes required for this role are: -

Previous administration experience (Microsoft, CRM Databases, etc).

Good written and spoken English preferable.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task if needed.

Able to work well in a team with others in a very busy office.

In-house training will be given on telephones and CRM Enquiry Database

Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

28 days holiday (this includes all statutory holidays)
